Do I need finished plans?
No. A description of your goals is enough to start. If you already have plans or inspiration, mention them in your request so they can be discussed during follow-up.
What affects remodeling cost?
Room size, finishes, layout changes, existing conditions, and the amount of work affect an estimate. A cosmetic refresh and a renovation involving several trades need different budgets. Pricing follows a review of your goals and home.
